How Do I Qualify for a Refund?
To qualify for a refund, your product order must:
- Be in its original packaging
- In the same condition as it was when it arrived to your home or office
- No signs of damage or marks in any way
Full Order Returns
In order to receive a full payment refund, your order must be returned in its entirety. This means every piece you received on the date of delivery must be returned in its original packaging. Once you have everything accounted for and packaged, we will arrange a pick-up of the product!
The Fine Print
Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies to Shocke Bikes Products. This means that our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not extend to custom made and special orders, or clearance items for full order returns.
