Order Confirmation & Processing:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have authorized your credit card for the purchase. This does not however always mean your item is currently available or the item is available at that price. While we try to keep up-to-date inventory and pricing information on our website, inventory levels and prices change on a daily basis and we cannot always keep information current. Once we have finalized your authorization for purchase, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the item is in-stock and available for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail, text or phone to inform you that the item is not currently available to delivery. You can decide if you would like to wait for the expected in-stock date or cancel the order. If your item(s) are available for shipment (typically within 5 business days), we will process the order for shipment.
Order Shipping & Package Tracking:
If your order is in stock, it typically will ship within 5 business days from the date of your order. With free shipping offers, we do not and cannot guarantee a timeline for delivery. We will e-mail you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at: EMAIL ABOUT ORDER After you receive the tracking number, enter it below to track your shipment.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage of the box or product you should immediately make note of it on the bill of lading when signing for delivery and retain a copy of it for your records. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us within 12 hrs. and we will send you the contact info to file the claim with the manufacturer and/or assist you with filing a claim with the manufacturer.
We must receive any damage reports within 12 hrs. of receipt of package. All damage claims must go through the manufacturer which is the shipper of the product. eBikeJOY! does not handle damage claims. Manufacturers handle ALL shipping/damage and warranty claims.
Report all damage claims to eBikeJOY!. Please EMAIL US with your request as soon as you receive the damaged item. We will send you the contact info so you can begin initiating your claim.
All returns are subject to the manufacturers return policy. Check out this page for further information on each brands return policy. BRAND RETURN POLICY Most bikes have a 15-30 day return period depending upon manufacturer. The customer must email eBikeJOY! and obtain an authorization to return a item.
All returns incur a 30% return/restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handle return charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including our "free shipping" option. If a "free shipping" option was used to ship the order to the customer, this shipping fee will be deducted from the returned items total.
All returns are sent back to the manufacturer not eBikeJOY!. EBikeJOY! does not accept returns of any item(s). All returned items should arrive in like new condition with no signs of wear or tear. The item(s) must be returned to the correct address, the manufacturers address. We will provide the address to ship the item back.
Once the returned item arrives at the manufacturer, it will be inspected and if in like new condition, a refund will be processed on the customers original method of payment within 5-8 days.

Cancellations & Refund Information:
We pride ourselves on quick order processing and fulfillment. Most orders are processed within 12 hrs. All orders cancelled after the order has processed is subject to a $100 cancellation fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges plus the initial cost to ship the item. Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment that you use when placing your order minus the original shipping charges incurred by eBikeJOY!.
Pre-orders or backordered items cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase, will incur a $50 cancellation fee and a flat 15% restocking fee regardless of the scheduled shipping date. We cannot and do not ever guaranteed any estimated shipping timeline for preorders. If your item has shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order.
If the customer refuses delivery of an item, they will be given a refund less the original "free shipping" fee, return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are always non-refundable, including our "free shipping" option.
