Order Confirmation & Processing:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and have authorized your credit card for the purchase. This does not however always mean your item is currently available or the item isĀ available at that price. While we try to keep up-to-dateĀ inventory andĀ pricingĀ information on our website, inventory levels and prices change on a daily basis and we cannot always keepĀ informationĀ current.Ā
All orders, including pre-orders are fully payable upon the date the order is placed.
We do not ship internationally. Only to the 48 continental USA.
Once we have finalized your authorization for purchase, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the item is in-stock and available for immediate shipment. OrderĀ processing typically takes 2-3 business days. There may be circumstances where this will be beyond 3 days for processing.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail, text or phone to inform you that the item is not currently available for delivery. You can decide if you would like to wait for the expected in-stock date or cancel the order. If your item(s) are available for shipment, we will process the orderĀ for shipment.
Order Shipping & Package Tracking:
If your order is in stock, it typically will shipĀ within 5-12 business daysĀ from the date of your order after it has gone through order processing. There are uniqueĀ circumstances that might delay shipping or extendĀ transit times. With free shipping offers, we do not and cannotĀ guaranteeĀ a timeline for delivery.Ā
Shipments are sent signed deliveryĀ receipt. Make sure yourĀ delivery address is correct and someone will beĀ available to sign for the delivery. Orders returned that areĀ undeliverableĀ due toĀ incorrect addressĀ information or no receiving party to sign will incur fees as outlined in our CANCELLATIONS &Ā REFUNDĀ information.
We will e-mailĀ you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 14Ā business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at:Ā EMAIL ABOUT ORDERĀ Ā After you receive the tracking number, enter it below to track your shipment.
ShippingĀ Damage and Claims:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) immediatelyĀ when itĀ arrives and BEFORE you sign for the shipment. If your package appears damaged from shipping, DO NOT ACCEPT IT or sign for it. Take photos of the damage and tell the driver that you cannot accept damaged goods, and notify us immediately. If you accept a package that appears damaged from shipping, it will be much more difficult to process a damage claim. We will contact theĀ manufacturer on your behalf and/or assist you with filing a damage claim with the manufacturer.
We must receive any damage reports within 12 hrs. of receipt of package. All damage claims go through the manufacturer which is the shipper of the product. eBikeJOY! does not handle damage claims. Manufacturers handle ALLĀ shipping/damage and warranty claims.
