Warranty and Technical Support Information
Manufacturers handle all warranty and technical support. Contact your products manufacturer first for any issues or concerns. Below is a list of all brands we carry with the link to their customer service departments.
eBikeJOY is an online only retailer and has no service department. We can help facilitate the process of support with the manufacturer if you do not get your request resolved. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to assist you in further communications with the manufacturer.
Please do not call. All customer support requests must be submitted by email. We do not handle warranty or tech support requests by phone. We will not respond if you call.

All returns are subject to the manufacturers return policy. Accessories and Upgrade Components are not returnable under any circumstances. Check out the links above for further information on each brand's return policy. Most bikes have a 15-30 day return period depending upon manufacturer. The customer must first email eBikeJOY! if they wish to initiate a return.
All returns incur a 30% return/restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling return charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including our "free shipping" option. If a "free shipping" option was used to ship the order to the customer, this shipping fee will be deducted from the returned items total.
All returns are sent back to the manufacturer not eBikeJOY!. EBikeJOY! does not accept returns of any item(s). All returned items must be in new condition with no signs of wear or tear. The item(s) must be returned to the correct address, the manufacturer's address. We will provide the address to ship the item back.
Once the returned item arrives at the manufacturer, it will be inspected and if in like new condition, a refund will be processed on the customers original method of payment within 5-8 days.

Cancellation & Refund Information:
All sales are final. We pride ourselves on quick order processing and fulfillment. Most orders are processed within 12 hrs. All orders cancelled after the order has processed is subject to a $100 cancellation fee, whether or not your order has shipped.
Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges plus the initial cost to ship the item (free shipping), and the 3% credit card processing fee that was incurred to accept your credit card payment.
We do not accept returns on any product due to buyer remorse. Therefore, before placing your order, make sure that the product(s) your chose will meet your needs without regret.
Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment that you use when placing your order minus the original shipping charges incurred by eBikeJOY!. Extended warranty service contract are not refundable under any circumstances.
Pre orders or backordered items cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase, will incur a $50 cancellation fee and a flat 15% restocking charge regardless of the scheduled shipping date. We cannot and do not ever guarantee any estimated shipping timeline for preorders. If your item has shipped or is 30 days after the order was placed it is not possible to cancel the order.
If the customer refuses delivery of an item, they will be given a refund less the original "free shipping" fee, return shipping costs, manufacturers restocking fee, 3% credit card processing fee for the original order, and a 30% eBikeJOY! restocking fee. Original and return shipping charges are always non-refundable, including our "free shipping" option.
